While in Cleveland Ohio, we stayed with my cousin Jamie and her husband Mike, who took is too Melt. My new favorite restaurant is now Melt. The entire menu is grilled cheese sandwiches and every beer you could imagine!! Beni had the Hot Italian. It was grilled salami, honey ham, pepperoni, sun-dried tomato pesto, roasted garlic, and provolone. I had the Chorizo and Potato, it was spicy mexican sausage, potato hash, and sharp cheddar. I had them add a fried egg, also.
